Ryan Roark, CCIM
Ryan's real estate career began in 1998 after leaving the biomedical engineering profession and has led him to his current position as Principal and Managing Broker for Tri State Properties. His two-man brokerage team has led the 13-parish region in commercial real estate sales in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2018. Over the course of his career he has sponsored and managed real estate partnerships, started a commercial construction division, directed a property management company, and consulted on a wide range of development projects. Ryan serves as the chairman of the board for the Monroe-West Monroe Convention & Visitors Bureau and was a member of the Steering Committee for the City of Monroe's Comprehensive 20-year Plan. Additionally, Ryan has earned the highly regarded Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
